Modern Office Partitions Kielce: How We Soundproofed a Call Center Without Blocking the Light

TL;DR:
Goal: Acoustic isolation of call-centre workstations while keeping access to daylight.
System: System 20 partitions (upholstered, foam-filled bottom; plexiglass top).
Result: A stable structure without feet, easy "slide-in" installation and full integration with the desk cabling.

Challenge: Can you feel at ease in a modern office?

Most call centres bring to mind claustrophobic boxes where the only source of entertainment is the colour of the upholstery. Our client in Kielce put it plainly: we need office partitions that will quieten the workstations but will not rob employees of precious sunlight. Working in a "darkroom" is the last thing consultants need.

Solution: System 20 — acoustics meet design

We used our proven System 20. This is not an ordinary panel — it is a well-thought-out structure that we adapted to the width of the client's desks.

What makes this solution work?

  1. Bottom (Acoustics): We filled the lower part of the partition with special acoustic foam and covered it with fabric. This is our "sound trap".
  2. Top (Light): Transparent plexiglass isolates sound but lets you see the colleague next to you (and the sun!).
  3. Smart details: In the bases we made openings for the cabling, which made the IT team's job easier and shortened the device-installation time.
  4. Rigidity: By arranging the panels at an angle, the whole structure supports itself. No tripping over protruding partition feet!

How to quieten call-centre workstations without limiting light?

Do upholstered partitions really help with noise?

Yes, the open-structure foam we use in Kielce drastically reduces reverberation time — the consultants' conversations no longer overlap.

Is installing such office partitions complicated?

Not at all. We designed System 20 to be as simple to install as possible. The elements simply slide one onto another. In this project the client's own contractor finished the installation after a short briefing.

Final result

A modern colour palette gave the office character, and the installation system let us respond to design changes on the fly. The client gained quiet workstations, and the employees — a comfortable place where you actually want to sit (even on a Monday morning).
